CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Adult Tap

This fun and energetic tap dance class welcomes adults of all skill levels, from complete beginners to those with previous experience. Whether you're taking your first steps in tap or looking to refine your technique, this class provides a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
With an emphasis on both technique and fun, this class allows each student to progress at their own pace, while learning a variety of styles, from traditional Broadway tap to more contemporary rhythms. You'll leave feeling inspired, confident, and ready to tap your way into the next class!

Adult Intermediate Ballet

This ballet class is perfect for adults who have some prior experience and are looking to build on their foundational skills. The class offers a supportive and welcoming environment, blending beginner and intermediate levels to ensure a smooth progression. Whether you are just starting your ballet journey or returning after some time away, this class provides the perfect balance of challenge and encouragement. Adult Advanced Ballet

This advanced ballet class is designed for experienced dancers looking to challenge themselves and take their technique to the next level. Dance Fitness - Ballet Burn (Begins 3/20)

This adult dance fitness class blends ballet technique with targetted strength taining to build long, lean muscles and improve overall body tone. Using controlled, precise movements inspired by classical dance, you'll engage and sculpt key muscle groups- including legs, glutes, core, and arms- while improving posture, flexibility, and endurance.

Adult Hip-Hop

This high-energy hip hop class is all about having fun while getting fit! Designed for adults of all fitness levels, this class combines dynamic dance moves with upbeat music to create an exciting workout experience. Whether you're new to hip hop or looking to improve your groove, this class will help you build strength, coordination, and confidence through dance.
